Typewriter Eraser, Scaled X, 1998-1999

 

This is located on the pedestrian walkway between Crystals Place and the Mandarin Oriental. It is a 19 foot, four ton  stainless steel sculpture. It shows a giant blue and red typewriter eraser with bristles and a brush.
